How Much Is a Home Care Franchise with All Hours Home Healthcare? Will I Need Experience? Check Out Some FAQs

Who is All Hours Home Healthcare?

All Hours Home Healthcare Home Care was founded by Charles Airhart RPH and John Donovan RN in 2015, after they realized a lack of quality care and resources available to many seniors and adults in need of services and wanting to stay in their own homes, we’ve grown into one of the most respected home care companies in New England. High touch empathy and compassion is at the heart of who we are today. 

All Hours Home Healthcare provides important services that seniors, disabled adults, and those with illnesses need to remain independent, active, and healthy at home. These include:

  • Live-in and overnight care
  • Hospice support

Ours is a low-cost investment opportunity with the potential for high rewards. Franchise fees for your first protected territory will be $25,000 for your 1st territory additional territories are available at a discounted rate.  Your total initial investment will range between $66,000 and $138,000 for one territory.

To become a All Hours Home Healthcare franchise owner, you will need to demonstrate minimum liquid capital of $9,000 to $20,000 and a minimum net worth of $350,000. Liquid requirements are included in the Net Worth requirements, not in addition to them.

No specific homecare experience is necessary to become a franchisee! However, candidates must be licensed healthcare professionals. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record of leadership, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, effectively manage a team while fostering the All Hours Home Healthcare culture, and are committed to following our proven business model

There’s a good reason why All Hours Home Healthcare is a leader in our industry. Our team works tirelessly to make sure our franchisees meet with success from the moment they sign the franchise agreement. We offer extensive training and support to help you launch your business, including one weeks of owner training, field support for your grand opening, and ongoing training and support for you and your staff. We also offer tips for hiring the best employees, how to make more sales, and how to build a strong referral base of customers. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself!

We only require that you have an office. The rest is up to you. We’re always here to answer any questions you might have on this matter and to provide advice as to what area may be best for your business.

This will depend on the number of clients you’re helping. To start, you’ll only need a few caregivers and either a full-time marketer or a care coordinator to help you get your business rolling. As you grow, you’ll need to hire accordingly. Our team can help you hire the best caregivers during your training session. We’ll also help you scale your business in a smart way that will enable you to hire more employees and take on more jobs.

Being successful as a All Hours Home Healthcare franchisee requires an ability to follow procedures, systems, and processes. We believe veterans are uniquely qualified in this way. They also generally possess the desire to help others and make a difference in their communities. All of these qualities are at the heart of who we are. With a proven business model and extensive training and support, we are a great fit for honorably discharged veterans who are looking to open their own business. They are also eligible to receive a 10% discount on their first franchise fee.
